Refund Policy
RETURNS
We really hope you will be delighted with your purchases but in the unlikely event that you are not please read the following to be able to return something safely.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase enclosed in the packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead send it to:
JOYSRHERE LTD. 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ enclosing your name, address, email address, telephone number, details of the product you are returning and the reason for the return.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is returned to your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at janemang57tec@gmail.com.
EXCHANGING ITEMS (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please ensure you check for your correct size before ordering. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at janemang57tec@gmail.com and send your item to: JOYSRHERE LTD. 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London GB WC2H 9JQ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage to return your exchanged item, which is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth over £75, you should consider using a trackable postage service as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
