Hello, unfortunately I have had to pause my store due to personal family commitments so have been unable to open again yet for this Christmas but as we all know family comes first so I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and just wish to say 'think of all the things you have in your life that money just can't buy' the health and happiness of our loved ones always has to come first which is why I can't re-open yet, let's all have a joyful and unselfish Christmas, caring for others has to come first, will let you know when able to re-open, lots of love and Best Wishes for a lovely Christmas, Jane X

Refund Policy

RETURNS

We really hope you will be delighted with your purchases but in the unlikely event that you are not please read the following to be able to return something safely.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase enclosed in the packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead send it to:

JOYSRHERE LTD. 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ enclosing your name, address, email address, telephone number, details of the product you are returning and the reason for the return.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is returned to your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at janemang57tec@gmail.com

EXCHANGING ITEMS (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please ensure you check for your correct size before ordering. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at janemang57tec@gmail.com and send your item to: JOYSRHERE LTD. 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London GB WC2H 9JQ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage to return your exchanged item, which is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth over £75, you should consider using a trackable postage service as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
